SHIPPING

Delivery is carried out throughout the UAE and the cost is AED 18 with a maximum delivery time of 3 working days. Delivery is free of charge for an order value exceeding AED 300.

You can track the status of your order using the tracking number on the transport company’s website.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept online payments with credit/debit card. Prices on our website are indicated in AED. Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be generated and shipped, and a confirmation notification will be sent by email.

UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS

Please, bare in mind that if we are unable to deliver your package using your chosen delivery option, it will be returned to LIME.

AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES

The general terms and conditions of sale may be amended regularly, taking into consideration new laws and regulations but not limited thereto. The new general terms and conditions shall be effective as of the date of publication on ae.lime-shop.com.

EXCHANGE

We do not currently offer an Exchange service. If a different color or size of item is required, please return the incorrect item and order the correct one.

RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Please use the link to return the item. You will need your order number and e-mail address. Select the item you would like to return and specify the reason for and method of return. Select “Original payment method” to continue. Please note that the delivery cost will be deducted from the amount returned. After entering your information, select “Confirm.” You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return request. We will compile and send you all the necessary documents within 24 hours.


2. Please print the AWB when you receive it via e-mail, kindly hand over the printed HAWB to the courier without attaching it to the original package and to hermetically seal the item in the original or equivalent packaging. If you were not able to hand over the received document to the courier, either way it will be accepted.


3. When you receive the document via e-mail, kindly note your return is automatically arranged to be picked up by the courier the next day anytime between (8:00 – 18:00).


4. Returns usually take up to 3 working days. Await the e-mail confirming the approval of the return request.

REFUND

A product of satisfactory quality may be returned against receipt or proof of purchase, so long as it has not been used or worn and has retains all its tags, labels and packaging, within 30 days of the date of purchase, not including the delivery period. If you return a defective product, after visual examination and determination of the fault, we will reimburse the cost of the product and the costs of delivery and return.
