Delivery  is carried out throughout the UAE and the cost is AED 18 with a maximum delivery time of 3 working days. Delivery is free of charge for an order value exceeding AED 300.

We accept online payments with credit/debit card. Prices on our website are indicated in AED. Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be generated and shipped, and a confirmation notification will be sent by email.

We do not currently offer an Exchange service. If a different color or size of item is required, please return the incorrect item and order the correct one.


1. To return an item, please use the link. You will need your order number and e-mail address. Select the item you would like to return and specify the reason and method for return. Select “Original payment method” to continue. Please note that the delivery cost will be deducted from the return cost. After entering your data, select “Confirm”. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return request. We will compile and send you all required documents within 24 hours. After receiving an e-mail that contains the AWB, please print this document. We will not be able to process and accept the return without it.

2. We kindly ask you to contact the delivery company listed in the AWB, and hermetically seal the item in the original or equivalent packaging. The courier must receive the packed returned item and the AWB document.

3. Returns usually take up to 3 working days. Await a confirmation e-mail for approval of the return request.


A product of satisfactory quality may be returned against receipt or proof of purchase, so long as it has not been used or worn and has retains all its tags, labels and packaging, within 30 days of the date of purchase, not including the delivery period. If you return a defective product, after visual examination and determination of the fault, we will reimburse the cost of the product and the costs of delivery and return.
